About Charlotte

 

Charlotte represents clients in a range of non-contentious residential and commercial property transactions having acquired a wealth of expertise in her time as a residential and commercial property solicitor which she is able to bring to bear on behalf of her commercial and private clients to achieve efficient and effective results.

​

Undertaking residential conveyancing, Charlotte has acted for a variety of mortgage lenders supporting clients in property purchases. She has experience of registered, and unregistered titles, in the purchase and sale of both freehold and leasehold titles as well as acting on re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions.

​

Charlotte acts in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases (and all matters connected with leases, such as rent deposits, licence to assign, rent reviews etc), property finance, SSAS and SIPP portfolios, and development sites (acquisitions, statutory and planning requirements and plot sales).

​

Charlotte conducted her education through the medium of Welsh and was awarded Junior Lawyer of the Year in 2018. She is also a committee member of the Junior Lawyers Division of Cardiff and South East Wales.
