About Sarah

 

Sarah qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2013 and joined Dolmans in January 2020.  Sarah has experience of advising clients in all aspects of non-contentious private client matters to include the administration of estates and trusts, drafting wills, providing estate and succession planning advice, the provision of Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting with Court of Protection applications.

 

Sarah also has experience of acting for clients in a variety of residential property matters to include the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property and lease extensions.

 

Sarah has had the opportunity of acting for a broad range of clients to include business owners and other professionals. Sarah has also gained experience of acting for vulnerable individuals or those who face the trauma of bereavement. Sarah is able to adapt her professional advice to a client’s particular needs and circumstances. Sarah is committed to providing a thorough, professional service to clients in a personable and friendly manner and she enjoys building and developing longstanding relationships with clients and their families.

 

Sarah qualified as a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2016.
